Villas for sale in Benahavis

Villas have been built in all areas in Benahavis and range from around 600K to well over 10 million depending on area and the building quality, as well as on the size of the plot.

The biggest plots can be found in La Zagaleta and El Madroñal which is also where the most expensive villas are located.

Villas in other areas are usually priced between 600K and 2.5M and most offer sea views. Most of these have been built in the last 20 years and are generally in good condition and some are being sold off plan.
